Sometimes, calling the Community Manager isn’t the best first step. Here is a handy guide to help you identify the best place to call.

If this is an threat to person or property or a life-threatening medical emergency, immediately call 911.

Animals and Pets

There is a beehive or swarm of bees on the property. Who do I call?

During normal business hours, call the Community Manager at (602) 682-5986. After hours, call City Property Management at (602) 437-4777.

If someone’s cat is running free, to whom do I report this?

Try to contact the owner. Agencies do not generally respond to calls regarding cats as cats are considered ‘free roaming’ animals.

If someone’s dog is running free, to whom do I report this?

Try to contact the owner. If this is not possible or the owner is a repeat offender, contact the Maricopa County Rabies and Animal Control at (602) 506-PETS (7387). The city does not respond to these situations. If the dog is displaying vicious behavior, call 911.

Who represents us in the U.S. Congress?

Tapestry on Central is in Arizona’s Congressional District #7 in the U.S. House of Representatives. Additionally, two Senators represent Arizona statewide in the U.S. Senate.

Tapestry on Central is located in Arizona’s Legislative District #24 and we return two State Representatives and one State Senator to represent us in the Arizona State Legislature.

How do I report suspicious activity?

If a crime is taking place, call 911 immediately. Otherwise, call Phoenix Police Crimestop at (602) 262-6151. City of Phoenix Police have the authority to arrest on the Tapestry campus.

How do I report a TV or Internet outage?

There are two main options for cable TV, Internet, and telephone at Tapestry on Central.

How do I report a natural gas leak?

A natural gas leak smells like rotten eggs. If you suspect a natural gas leak, evacuate the premises immediately and, when it is safe to do so, call 911 and then Southwest Gas at (877) 860-6020.

The Community Manager will be alerted by Southwest Gas to the problem.

How do I report a power outage?

Arizona Public Service (APS) is the electricity company for Tapestry on Central. When it is safe to do so, call APS at (602) 371-7171.
